I just bring this up because I recently found out about a browser called links. It's text only and opens through command prompt or a command line if you're using one of those.
This may be one of the best ways to browse the Internet, because there's no distracting images, plugins, javascript or harmful other bits. Just the text that you want to read about.

The weird thing is that with this browser I can see the spam trap fields.

I've used links before, it's a nice change. I like that it's very compatible with text boards, I definitely wouldn't use it as my main browser.

Lynx is another cool text-only browser. For most things, I use Waterfox as a browser.
